Saturday nights

Saturday nights we cook and we cook to enjoy yummy food without thoughts to macros. But....I still try to stay (roughly) on track. My approach is that I try to log my Saturday dinner before I even it my first meal. That helps me sorta stay within my goals. Thoughts??? Any other tips or tricks to enjoy a weekend splurge but without going off the rails?!?!?

    I did that tonight and I found it helpful. Thanks for the idea. I’ve been pleasantly surprised at how close my macros are to where they should be. I’ve always been a big protein eater so that will be my biggest challenge.
