I'm so sick of starting over. So incredibly sick of the ups and downs, giving up on myself on and quitting, over and over again in an endless loop.

I'm 34. Happily married mother of 2, + 3 fur babies 😁 Between medication side effects, my binge eating disorder, and my stress/emotional eating habits my weight has ballooned over the last few years to a line I never thought I would cross.

My heaviest weight is now 325. Yesterday, June 29th, is my new official start date. I can't keep doing this to myself. I want to be healthy and have a long, happy life. At this rate my life will be over far quicker than I ever anticipated. I had a stress test at my cardiologists on Friday. I couldn't make it past the 2nd level of the test. A level that the average 70 year can complete.
