I was frustrated that the scale hasn’t been dropping lately, then this morning I noticed that my %age strength is increasing. Looks like my efforts are paying off! Thank goodness the scale isn’t the only measure of progress. 💕 💖 💕11 -

sore throat most of the day and as the day progressed harder and harder to swallow. so sore right now as I head to bed. had to skip any type of activity today. i was within calories and tracked all food.
disappointed I had to use a pass day today as I was saving them for when I go to Fort Lauderdale this weekend for a concert. hopefully my sore throat doesn't turn into anything more.8 -
