Hi ladies, I am trying to get back into the flow of things. Anyone else here doing keto?

    I've been on Keto before, but doing mostly Carnivore at the moment.

    It worked for me. I did strictly Keto for about 6 months and had significant results. Now, I've incorporated some aspects of Keto into my diet and it's still working.

    I'm doing keto and intermittent fasting. I eat between 11 am and 5:30 pm.

    I am currently doing keto and IF (eating window 11am-7pm).
