My goals for this month is to:
- Eat Carnivore (80/20)
- Step a minimum of 5k steps a day
- Fast a minimum of 18hrs per day
- Drink enough water to stay hydrated
- Engage in prayer and meditation daily

Forgot to weigh-in today, but plan on doing it tomorrow. I'm in damage control after my Vegas trip this week, so I don't expect to lose, but I'm hoping to at least remain the same. So we'll see...0
