            I'm back after being MIA for a few days. Been fighting a tummy issue which see.s to have started with eating something that very mu h disagreed with me at a picnic Sunday. Seems to be better today (finally). Now to get back on track a d get ready to leave for Alaska next week. Glad this happened now instead of next week!!10

Excellent day of moving new furniture in for our guest bedroom. My sons will no longer have to sleep on the couch! I had over 5,000 steps by 10:30 a.m. Whew! Thankful for strong friends who were able to help! Ended the day in the pool with the ladies and enjoyed pushing it extra hard tonight. Hope everyone has a great night!
