Good Morning! Headed to water aerobics this morning. In this heat it's going to be great!! Then going to look at two homes in the afternoon and meeting with our small group for dinner at a Nashville Hot Chicken restaurant. Have a wonderful day!!4

My app has had some issues! But i had yes x 3 for both Thursday and Friday.
Saturday im taking a pass day: enjoyed a nice long walk, then two hours of cleaning. I don't think ill be too far over in calories if at all, but it will be hard to accurately track dinner.3 -

One hour of supervising/playing pool games for my nephews 5th Birthday Party. I definitely got outside fun exercise!!!
I also ate like a five year old so I’m glad it’s my month of maintance because I ate back about 300 exercise calories. Something about swimming and playing like a kid just made me ravenous.7 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 45 minutes walk...again early morning to beat the heat. Like Terri Richardson, I completed another 30 minutes aerobics with Leslie to stay in the green with calories today.
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes... and as usual, I used some earned exercise calories.

MFP has been problematic of late. Seems every time I want to log...I have to "try again later."5 -

Exercised: 18 minutes yoga + 40K steps (including a 5K run in the morning before it got crazily hot and humid—the rest of the walking was safely indoors). I walked while watching Bedknobs & Broomsticks, a childhood favourite, which has now led to me watching episodes of Murder, She Wrote.

Made peanut butter cookie dough energy balls from a recipe I got at a demo at a Vegan festival I went to in June. Was good and only sampled one and immediately froze the rest. Will now have a good small sweet treat snack when I need it.

My niece lives up there near Ogdensburg, and we have visited several times, in both summer and winter, so I know exactly how warm (and how cold) it can get there.

Sorry, ibe been MIA. Not been doing terribly but certainly had a few days not logging properly. Yesterday I was back tonight thought with three yeses and want to keep that up until the end f the month!
I exercised outside (didn't feel anything like play ha ha) but also had the afternoon (being very lazy!) Lounging in the local park which was glorious!5 -
