    Unfortunately, it is way to hot to work out outside today. Keep hydrated everyone.

    My niece lives up there near Ogdensburg, and we have visited several times, in both summer and winter, so I know exactly how warm (and how cold) it can get there.

    Happy belated birthday, @snowshoe072!!

    @lalabank, same here with the photos. I even let one of the gals take a picture of me in the pool yesterday at water aerobics. Even though I still kind of cringed, that would never have been allowed in the past.
