Group Exercise Classes

I just wanted to tell everyone about the place I use to exercise. I have never found a place that I felt comfortable exercising with others until this. I use Beyond Gravity Training it is owned by Kelly Papatto. She is amazing. From my first phone conversation with her she was excited and supportive and just fantastic! I have lost 59 lbs so far and gained so much confidence. The ladies in our group are amazing! Classes are cheap 5 dollars each or unlimited classes for $25 per month. NO CONTRACTS! Check out their website www.beyondgravitytraining.com.................... Oh and you can bring your kiddos there is a little area for them to play while you sweat!     I may just have to do this! Is the child care included in the $5 or is that extra? I need to get out and socialize and make exercising friends! lol
