I have lost about 8kg since December and gained back 2 recently and I'm hoovering around the same weight now. I hope to develop a healthier lifestyle and lose some more.1 -

Right now my biggest goal is so stay under the calories this app tells me to and build up some stamina for walking. I'm taking my 4 god kids to Michigans Adventures on the 10th of August and would like to be able to at least take less sitting breaks than usual.6 -

My goal for this challenge is to be 135 lbs by the end of the 100 days, but I'm unsure if that's my goal in general. I'm hoping to stick to ~1400 calories a day but I think I'm going to aim more for that to be my daily average every week instead of a daily hard limit. I think I'm also going to aim to stick to a weekly minimum of 1200*7= 8,400 calories. I'm really trying to avoid falling into some past habits of restriction, leading to overeating and binges.
Additional goals (sorry if off topic!)
1) Add in 30 minutes of cardio 2-3 times a week
2) Take my meds everyday within an hour of waking up, unless I've decided the day before to take a day off of them.
Anyone in this group interested in helping each other start off the first 10 days strong by checking in with each other and talking about if we've met our goals? It might be nice to also have someone to talk to or vent about everything food/weight related. I don't wanna become that person who bores my friends by talking about my diet lol2 -

I have no idea when 100 days from now is.. wait, just googled and it’s the end of October. By then I’m hoping to be around 260 / 270 realistically speaking. I’ve just started getting pretty serious this month and I’m already down some elbees which is a nice situation type deal. My other goal is only having “cheat” meals when there is an event (such as a wedding) and otherwise eating keto.1 -
