Was the plan to all weigh in at the end of the week or everyday?

I usually weigh myself every day because I like to track things, but only really take stock in my Wednesday weigh ins. I’m shooting for losing at least 2 elbees a week. I go to Cancun in just under 12 weeks and hope to be down about 30 pounds by then!7

I weigh in every Monday on an empty stomach and after using the toilet while just wearing my underwear (it's very important)3

I've been lurking on Reddit for a while, but the start of this weight loss community inspired me to start an actual account there and pick back up on here. My SW as of now is 209.9. Let's do this!7

I have been working on losing weight since June but had unplanned surgery. Just got cleared today for excersing! SW as of today is 186 and my “100 day” goal is 20 el bees. Lets do it!1

My SW this week is 163.8 lbs. Long term I'd like to get down to 135 lbs but I don't have a set time frame. I just want to continue working out and eating better after plateauing after already losing about 30 lbs.1

I really let myself go and “snacked” my way into almost 100 extra lbs 😬. This is an excuse free zone. Currently awaiting OHS for HF but will continue to give all my effort. I plan to improve my physical activity as I lead a pretty much completely sedentary lifestyle.

I just weighed myself this morning and I usually only weigh myself once a week since weight fluctuations and all that Jazz.
SW:470lbs
CW: 303lbs

I usually weigh myself first thing in the morning a few times a week. Don't really have a schedule But I guess every Monday seems easier!1 -
