Deadlifts/Rack pulls

Hey everyone, is this group still alive?
Anyway, I recently decided to impliment more deadlifts/rack pulls to my routine, since it seems to be key to build a V-taper body. I did Rack pulls today, but I can't decide whether I'm doing them correctly or hitting the right muscles. Any tips?

Currently using a very wide (snatch) grip for rack pulls - feels like a get better engagement in the lats & keeps good tension in the traps (not just vertical tension like a traditional shrug but gives a nice lateral tension too - traps = fan shaped, fascia runs both vertically and slightly horizontal). Usually a good idea not to hyper-extend @ the top of the movement (lower back strain) & keep the bar over the midline of your feet1

I would also watch videos from Athlean X. That's from a physical therapist who lifts.0
