I think my goal for the end of the 100 days could be to go from 180 to 160s? I've gotten myself frustrated in the past by making my goal too lofty.1

I'm so happy that I found this group because I was planning on trying (vegetarian) keto starting Sunday so this will be a great way to motivate me to log my food and help hold me accountable. I'd love to reach my goal weight by the end of this 100 days!
