Hi all. I am really excited about this group. I have tried groups before, but they were not successful. My hope is that we will actually be able to encourage and support each other through this journey.

    I will be here, too. I didn’t get heavy overnight, I sure ain’t gonna get back in shape overnight either. It’s a long lonely tough road. But with friends that stick together, we can all make it!
