Hi I am making this group for members like myself just getting started who would like to lose 100 pounds or more even.
While I encourage everyone to join and work hard I would like to ask that you do just that.
I am hoping to have at least a hand full of members to encourage each other even if it just by seeing what others are up to. I don't want any promoting of weight loss supplements though yummy healthy friendly recipes ARE encouraged (:
My hope is that everyone will log weight no more than once weekly, and measurements if desired (I am measuring as well since inches tend to fall off faster that weight).
