Hey everyone, I haven't made a post in awhile so I just waned to officially check in with you all.
Day to day gets busy and you never know whats going to happen. I have been in a slum the past week or so with hitting the low of my depression, and then the mixed in mania due to the bipolar. Anyways im still holding strong with logging all my food, the exercise has pretty much been a miss but now that im acknowledging it im going to make it a point to do at least 30 mins today (gotta start somewhere).
