Hi all!

So just wanted to say hi and am happy to have found this group. 8/1/19 I really committed to myself to improve my health and lose excess weight.

I'm doing well tracking and using my TicWatch for steps, Google Fit for activity, etc etc

I struggle weekly with water retention for a variety of reasons and man does that suck LOL

I'm 66.5 inches tall. My highest weight I ever recorded (though I know I was heavier) was 303lbs. I'm currently 257! :-)

So glad to be on this journey with you guys.

Also, anyone from the Eastern Panhandle of WV?

    Hi! I just decided to give MFP another go after being absent for several years, and so joined this group--just now. My heaviest was 302, and I started WW in May at 267. My current weight is 229. I just joined the Y to get serious about exercise now that summer is over. I like to swim and to garden, so it was easy to get the activity in. It's not so easy in the colder weather.
