Can anyone recommend any sausage in the uk thats 0 carbs or as low as possible.

I am in australia so cannot help you... however, I found that the average "premium" sausages tend to have less than 2gr carbs... the cheap ones tend to have a lot of filler, like breadcrumbs...0

I'm not in the UK either, but I buy these sausages with swiss cheese. Only 1 g of carb. Maybe you could google something similar. Or try amazon?
