    I've a friend who knows his stuff and he said that at 242 lbs I am clear to go to the gym, but that might also happen a bit earlier, we'll see

    I think my goal for the end of the 100 days could be to go from 180 to 160s? I've gotten myself frustrated in the past by making my goal too lofty.

    UGW 1: 165 (reassess then)

    I think 20 pounds in 100 days (1 pound per 5 days?) is a reasonable goal. Good luck everyone!

    I'm so happy that I found this group because I was planning on trying (vegetarian) keto starting Sunday so this will be a great way to motivate me to log my food and help hold me accountable. I'd love to reach my goal weight by the end of this 100 days!

    Been doing this CICO ~situation~ for a couple months now, its definitely one of the better diets I've done. I'm so happy there's a group inspired by our gorl, my weightloss muse 😉

    In these 100 days, I want to try and lose 1.5 lbs a week, which will take me to 21 lbs lost, or nearly to my goal weight.
