Hi to everyone

just started Omad following Joe’s advices and experiences.
Yesterday morning I weighted in and I was 56.5 kg.
I want to get to 51-52. Kg stopping binging and purging to keep my weight or with fad crazy diets which do not allow me to enjoy a social life at least one meal a day.

I want to lose weight while eating every night common food with my family, without feeling guilty because I will gain weight.
I need a lifestyle and and eating pattern allowing me to enjoy life and family.

I would like to stop with laxatives diuretics and so on.
Hoping this is the right method....

I wish I could just drink water but need zero Gatorade because of hot weather.
    It gives me good mood

Until you get used to your caloric needs etc., make sure you're getting ENOUGH food at your OMAD so you're not having negative effects on your hunger levels (some of this is normal when you start but will get easier) or your MOOD! A LOT of people have issues with concentration or mental clarity or mood when you first start - make sure you're getting enough to be physically and mentally satiated :)

Mio flavor enhancers are perfect for the water. I get the generic kind, but it keeps me drinking all day. That helps with the hunger.

I've lost about 60 pounds all told with OMAD in 2 chunks, the biggest of which was since this last December, but I've been IF/OMAD for years whether I was losing or not - I'm from Michigan in the states :)

There's an adjustment period, but if you're feeling lightheaded etc. after a day or two, then you're not eating enough. I don't so much do the 1 plate rule BUT that's only because I'm SUPER diligent about tracking calories INSTEAD.

When I feel down trying to think that now I can stop with binging and purging.
My first goal for this week.

Happy that I am more social!
With the perspective of a new lifestyle

Hi there and a warm welcome! <3
OMAD is a lifestyle for me and when I have my 1 meal, I actually eat anything I want as if I don't, I will start craving for this and that and before you know it, I will be eating the whole day long. As I have learn, I now listen to my body. I am a carb lover, so, I do eat carbs. Good luck in your OMAD journey :)

Late afternoon Binged and purged. Incredible...just after written that I would not do it....and I was soooo convinced.

I decided not to take care of it and to go on with my project: Omad revolution.

For dinner I had three avocados 🥑.

    I enjoyed them sooo much!

The binging and purging will be easier to avoid if YOU GET ENOUGH NUTRITION - I can't repeat it enough...you WILL NOT BE SUCCESSFUL if you're not getting enough nutrition for your body to function.
