    Yes x3 for yesterday did yard work with hubby.

    Yes! I still struggle with an absolute “I’m worth it” statement. Especially when it comes to time spent on grandkids vs myself (we babysit most days for part of the day). But this winter I was altruistic till I cracked healthwise, and it was a strong reminder that staying healthy is important, as you say, for me to be there for those who rely on me. Looking better is just a bonus.

    PS I think the ability to say “I’m worth it” represents good mental health. Maybe someday I’ll get there.

    Yes x 3, exercise was 30 strength training, 30 min walking and 30 minutes of singles tennis

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes, 75 minutes in the pool (30 minutes pool walking before, 45 minutes aerobics)
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes
