Fantastic ! I follow keto/ low carb woe for 7 months now. My BMI dropped from 26.7(overweight) to 22 (normal) . I want to get down to UK size 8/10( US size 6/8). I don't mind getting to my goal weight slowly as I'm not overweight anymore.x đź‘—đź‘™3
