It’s the first time I’ve seen my weight begin with a 2 since 9th grade I think.
I know I need to do better I could be losing much more per week. Maybe I should go back to limiting carbs. I don’t want to do keto but does anyone recommend a good number of carbs to stick to? I’ve read 100g and I’ve also read 50g maybe I’ll split the difference and go 75g1 -

Slow and steady. I have logged daily, ate all my meals in the house but 2, zero snacking between meals, 1 gallon of water a day, and ran an hour a day each day. Sticking to around 1000 cals eaten a day.
I think what is causing this weight loss to be slow is I have been drinking beer, (even though it fits in my calories) and I had one cheat meal at a party I went to over the weekend.
Hopefully i can get those two things in check!!0 -

Again, not WILD about how things are going, but it's a loss. It was period week this week and I was up 2 lbs at one point in time, I'm guessing from that. But this is something! lol.0 -

After gaining 2lbs last week, which I think was due to high sodium foods, I'm down 4lbs this week. But really, more like 2lbs. But either way, Im happy!0
