I did catch up on my sleep!!
I felt great today and we baled 460 square bales of hay. Those bales each weigh about 45 lbs. That will get us through the upcoming 6 month no-growth season aka Winter and early spring. Most of the work was done by machine,but I still got lots of lifting and walking. More than an hour of exercise today.

Calories-Yes! Had to really restrain myself from snacking too much. I continue to work at keeping to a “no snacks after 7:30 pm” rule. Building that habit will take some time!

I’m very excited to be healthy & exercising significantly again now. I feel AWESOME!
Food is well within track. Wanted to eat dinner out last night, but a light bulb went off (!), and instead I got a healthy frozen entree that was similar to what I would have ordered & ate it with one of my pre-prepared salads. Delicious. This will be my strategy from now on. Hubby also had a healthier version of what he normally gets! We sat out back & enjoyed the sunlight through the green wisteria leaves!!
A little while later I realized I can just make a large, healthier batch of what I wanted, freeze in portions!!!
This is getting SO MUCH EASIER! It doesn’t make much time at all now that I have the planning, shopping, pre-prepping systems established! Long may it last! Fingers crossed.5 -
