I've had a great week on tracking and eating (my calories were 500/day less than my goal), not as much on exercise. I've done my required exercise, but not really a lot more. I averaged ~8,800 steps/day per my iPhone, which is OK but not great. If I can get it the exercise folded in, I can really make some headway quickly.5 -

Lazy Sunday. I strained both a calf muscle and a shoulder so I took it easy.
I was also over tired from a late work night and over ate on calories.4 -
Haven't logged in since Aug 7th. Busy weekend with life. Pass Days from 8th thru 11th which disqualifies me.4
