I know a lot of people lose weight after following a GF diet, but I have not. What do you do to lose weight? A lot of GF products seem to be higher in calories.

I don't eat gluten free processed food. Either I make it myself (cookies, breads) or just go without. Of course, I'm only really successful losing weight when I don't drink or eat sugar, but sometimes. I don't eat a lot of meat, either, so my diet is a lot of eggs, vegetables, protein smoothies (summer), soups (winter). I like sorghum as a replacement for couscous, and Banza or shirataki noodles for when I'm craving pasta. When I'm training for a race, I'll include GABA brown rice occasionally.0
