Vitamins? Post RNY....

argh, I have TWO months to figure out my vitamin situation. I've been on the Nascobal (B12, intranasal and they send bariatric vitamins free, with a $0 copay from me!)... I just found out, that as of Oct. 1st, my insurance will no longer cover Nacobal... which means... I no longer have vitamins, being shipped, for free, monthly to my house... SO SIMPLE!
So, what vitamins do my other post RNYers take? bonus points, brands/cost!
I've emailed my nutritionist also, to find out what they suggest taking, that is cost effective.

In following my Dr's recommendations, I take a B12 vitamin every day & an iron supplement 3x's a week. She monitors these 2 w/a bloid test every 6 months. I had my bypass surgery in 20051

That isnt bad at all! I know I can get the regular vitamins (centrum, etc) cheaper than bariatric vitamins, those end up costing so dang much!0 -
