Loose skin

Anyone have any suggestions on how to tighten up loose skin? I have lost some weight and now I am buildng just a flap of loose skin where all the fat was. Is there something you can do besides just fold it into your pants? I know in the navy on tape day everyone smelled like prep h for the 1/2inch it gave you, but I need a longer than 6 hour solution :P

    I really only know what I have seen people suggest and I have no idea how effective it is. I will say that most suggestions are for long term tightening and we are talking about 1 to 2 years.

    1) Moisturize
    2) Hit your protein goal
    3) Build muscle under it
    4) Cardio to increase blood flow
    5) Use a loofah sponge when showering
    6) Support garment like spandex

    If the skin is in poor shape there may not be anything you can do. Genetics and age are factors too.
