My idea of success-forward thinking as it relates to weight loss is to get rid of anything unnecessary. Most of this is popular misinformation about what a person needs to do to lose weight. What it means to ONLY need a calorie deficit to lose weight: 1) You can eat what you want - no need to cut carbs or avoid tasty food.β¦

Iβm back
I tried the group back during COVID and lost my way. Gained about 25 even with long walks. Earlier this year, a prescription medication interacted with another prescription and I lost 30 pounds in a month (not the way to do it). It has finally stabilized but I want to lose the next 75. I've ordered a new Garmin watch sinceβ¦
