Hi all. MANY years ago I followed and contributed to GOAD on the WW forum. So much has happened since then, including WLS which was very successful. WLS is a tool and that tool needs to be used right. I have gained some back due to not using it properly, just some, but am working at stopping the backslide. Community helps.

Apparently I have been part of this group for many years! Wow, I found it, then I lost it (my mind I am thinking). I am looking for a new or in this case a previous community, so here I am. Let's see if I can jump start not only my lifestyle but my participation in this community.

Always room for an old GoaDie. Glad you found us again. What was your old screen name from the WW GoaD forum?

    Welcome!
Let us know when you were on GoaD. I was on old WW Bulletin Board from 2013, Do you recognize any of us OLD GOADs?

When I was 376 I was to afraid to try WLS so I went back AGAIN to WW at age 65. Finally made Goal 2018 after five years on WW. I have been on Maintenance below Goal Weight since May 2018.

I believe it was RamblinDad, this would have been back about 10-15years ago.

Heck I am lucky if I remember my name half the time. No one is ringing a bell with me right now. Maybe after more coffee and LUCK, I will remember. B)

Thanks for the welcome shipmate! I was in for six years ('88-'94) as a Nuke Machinist Mate. Left as an MM2/SS. Now I run a youth Navy Program, Naval Sea Cadets, for kids 10-17. Been doing that for the last six years.

This just popped up on a memory from Facebook! Man things have changed over the last 28 years! This is in the bowels of a Fast Attack Submarine, when I got my dolphins (submarine warfare pin) My hair was a tad darker in color, :D

I actually weigh less now than in this picture, BUT I was very fit and had a LOT of muscle.
