With the kids going back to school my schedule got all rearranged and I used that as an excuse to eat out more. Also the weather has been colder so I haven't walked or swam as much. Going to order an exercise bike today and get back on track eating right.

Also....did this group die already? I feel like I'm the only one here....

    I'm still having exams, they're almost done fortunately, and then I'll finally go on holiday. Holiday will be difficult, with a lot of delicious food and alcohol, so I'm trying to lose as much as I can before I go. At the moment at least I'm losing again instead of gaining, so that's a positive thing.

    And yes, apparently we're the only ones left who are weighing in weekly...

    Down 2lbs this week despite still recovering from my broken ankle on "pillow mountain" lmao

    I'm starting to notice some of my clothing fitting better/looser, and it feels great! Hope everyone had a good week
