It's September 3 and welcome to the UAC!
This is a welcoming community. If you are not sure about something, please read the FAQs. If you are still not sure about something, please feel free to ask nicely in your daily post. Experienced members of the team will respond with the right answer to help you move forward.
Everyday, I usually post a graphic and/or a discussion question. But I sure don't mind if you decide to beat me to it. If you have a reasonable discussion question, post it.
I've been the UAC steward for over 3 years, so if you want an answer...ask the questions. There are lots of members that I respect and they are very gracious and welcoming.

Another sunny day down here, didn't make the most of it unfortunately and looks like rain for the next week. Fingers crossed that will change!
Just settling down for the night now so here we are

Yes - taught 30 min core class @ gym then danced for another approx 50 mins.

A successful day and I won't give in to snacking tonight (mostly because I just got home and there is no food). Went running at altitude for the first time and the first half was fine but I walked the second half. Glad to be back at the coast where I can get my fitness back easier!
Looking forward to getting back into routine and getting my healthy habits back on track.10 -

hi there it's 22:08 and am just finishing for the day - have 3 pieces of chocolate to eat! hooray! under calorie limit and having chocolate! also tracked and exercised just house work though so it's a 3xyes day. our spaniels finally stopped pulling on their leads tonight after a couple of days intense training so hoping to get some dog walks in - now there's less chance of them pulling me over and doing me an injury!!! best wishes to all x10

I had a long hard day at work and was about to settle down for the night when I remembered I hadn't done my 20 mins, so I got up and did 20 mins if weights at home.

I took two 15 minute walks during my work breaks and practiced my rotational throws for an hour after work. I’m still struggling with keeping it smooth but it’ll click soon. I ate under my calorie goal even with homemade instant pot ribs. I logged all my water although I didn’t drink as much as I should have. So...
