Exercise yes. Brutal day. Kids back to school. Whole house needed a clean. Three hours of that. Then later 45 min and 430 cal on the elliptical.
Food yes under. But truthfully an embarrassment of silly food choices. Ate kids sugary cereal for lunch! No idea why - it was there lol! So was ravenous by dinner and had way to few cal left to fill me. BUT I did NOT get up in the night and snack. That’s huge for me.
Tracking. Yup. Today I plan to only make healthy choices!
