And the scale showed me the lowest number been in 11 months 💪 yay!

Back from an unplanned trip out of town. 2 long days in the car with no exercise resulted in one more pass day. Winner's Circle looking dubious this month with 2 pass days so early in the month. The good news is that the weather is spectacular ... lots of outdoor time coming up.16

Back to work after 7 weeks off for transplant surgery. I'm my usually chaotic way, I'm not easing into it but working Thursday to Sunday then heading off to a conference in a little town down the coast Monday to Friday and ending off dashing back to give a talk on the Friday evening.
Today wasn't too bad though as I only worked morning and it was full of catching up with what I missed and admin.
I did get in 30 minutes of slow swimming, breaststroke is really good rehab for my arm and had a 60 minute sports massage to loosen up my shoulders in the afternoon.
I'm way under on calories thanks to transplant surgery. I have days now when I totally forget about eating and when I remember I eat because I know I should, not because I'm hungry. For the first few weeks I just snacked because I couldn't eat much at a time, but at least it was only a few days that all food tasted terrible. I had chocolate one day and went to inform my recipient that I can't live without chocolate so if the taste of it didn't fix itself, I might need my kidney back. He was relieved when it turned out to be a side effect of the anesthetic, not a result of my kidney jumping ship.
Tomorrow is wellness day at work so I can go for a run during the work day instead of having to squeeze it in before the working day starts!14 -
