    Under today. Canned chicken with wild rice soup is amazing-- 220 cal and quite filling, so makes a great dinner when adding a side. :)

    On track with calories, and lots of exercise! One got boot camp, 90 min if tennis, half hour dog walk. Woot!

    Exercise : Yes. Skipped the Yoga class because I'd woken up snotty and sneezy and my knee hurt, but went for a walk later to a little gallery, more than an hour.
    Calories: Yes, with 1 to spare, without eating into exercise calories.
    Logged it all: Yes.
    Lost a kilo since last week.
