    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 2 mile walk + 13 minutes of strength this morning

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and way under. I had a band performance this afternoon and I don't know if it was nerves or a bug or a combo, but I've terribly sick all afternoon, and everything I eat seems to set me off. Not fun!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    A rainy, thus lazier day than I had planned. Instead of horse training and riding, I did barn chores and walked in the woods and watched the water rushing through the creek. I had on my mud boots and got my exercise that way.

    Calories: under my limit enough.

    Sept 13: yes x 3
    elliptical 10min
    challenge: 15 burpees, 30sec plank x 2, 8 squats, 8 push ups
    ab challenge: 20 leg raises x 4 sets
    5k training: 10min warmup, 10min jog, 1min walk, repeat 3 times

    Sept 14: pass day. ok on tracking and calories but no discernable exercise. felt tired all day. did catch up on my reading though.

    Sept 15: pass day. tracking and exercise ✔ over on calories. that's what happens when I don't plan my meals ahead of time.

    @goldthistime it's Tuesday but celebrated this weekend :)

    Sunday I was on track to be under but then a neighbor had their own birthday and dropped off some extra homemade cake and I gave in. Oh well-- pass day 2
