Ready or not it is Saturday. For some of us we have our weekly meet up with the scale today. How did it go?

    I was up 0.2 after a fairly low energy week to ‘da plan’ while I nursed some aches and pains

    Sorry I'm late Bill, down 1.0 this week. Interesting days! Kid once told me that when I come down just to grab the handrail on the crazy train & hold on...it's all that and more.
