Hey guyssss!

I recently just started to eat properly and excersise consistently.

I did weigh 49.4 around 28th August.
Im 5ft 5 and 24 years old

Since then, ive been eating around 3000+ calories (everyday for a week) my recommended calorie intake on MFP is 1988

And......

Im now 49.7 ONLY ...

Is this how slow its going to take? I was so excited to see some changes today as its been a week and im so upset that ive only gained 0.3 !!

Ive been doing sqauts, lunges, butt bridge, hip exercises, wall sit.

Am i doing it right?? Im eating before i excersise in the afternoon and then im eating and snacking throughout the day and then do another workout in the evening then i down a load of carbs......what else could I do please?

Thank you so much for ANY advice xx
