Ok, so Week 5 Day 1 Column 2.
28, 35, 25, 22, 35 total of 145 pushups. Done (kind of).
I eventually did them all, but I took way longer breaks, and I broke the set of 35 into two mini sets. This is quite a leap from the previous week. I'm debating repeating this day a few times and trying to shorten the breaks. But, the structure changes from day 2, with more sets, less reps per set, and shorter breaks, so I might just skip ahead and see how that goes. We'll see...

Week 5 Day 2 Column 2.
18, 18, 20, 20, 14, 14, 16, 40. with 45 second breaks. FAIL.
I was doing okay until the last set. The breaks felt short, and it got harder and harder, but I was able to keep up. But the last set, there was no way. Just seeing the number 40 at that point defeated me mentally, I think. I did 20, then gave up. I did 20 more later, so I did do them all eventually, but not in the timeframe I wanted to.
There's no way I'll be able to do day 3 in two days, so I'm going to go back to day 1 and go back and forth between day 1 and 2 for a while. Hoping that'll get me feeling ready for day 3 eventually.

Guys, I've been sick, and fell off the wagon. Still feeling pretty crappy, but I will get back on the wagon real soon!0

Week 5 complete. 20, 20, 24, 24, 20, 20, 22, 50. The cat is no longer afraid of me doing push-ups and pounces on me while I'm doing them.
I'll do the next test in a few days then on to the final week.0
