pushup challenge (ladies)

We're following the program at hundredpushups.com. This program is hard, so let's motivate each other! Join anytime, and keep updating with your progress.

The goal is to get to 100 pushups, but even if your goal is just to get more upper body strength, this is a really great program. I did it once, didn't finish, but got way stronger. I'm determined to finish it this time!

If you join the group, I'll assume you want to be held accountable, so I'll definitely bug you if you haven't posted in a while or join but don't do the initial test. :smile:
