About the challenge (read first)

This group is for ladies that are following the program at the website hundredpushups.com. The purpose is to do this together and motivate each other.
You can join us anytime. You don't have to start with the everyone else. Just start when you start, and we're here to motivate each other to keep it going.
You can do any style of pushup. If you aren't ready for full pushups, do them from your knees. Or against the wall. You can always start over after you've gone through a few weeks in the modified version if you want to get to a more challenging version of pushups.
How to post:
Start at the initial test section, and let us know how you did (you basically just max out). Then, go to the week you're working on, and post what your sets were, along with what style you're doing (toes, knees, wall, etc). And cheer your friends on while you're there .
That's it! Hopefully we'll all make it to week 6, but no matter what, you'll leave here a little (or a lot) bit stronger and more confident than before you came!
