            Taking a day off: Pass Day 1. Maybe I'm over calories, maybe I'm under; maybe I've walked for 20 minutes or maybe not ( I think I've done 10 so far), I don't know. I'm really tired. I think spending all day yesterday with my partner who has Alzheimer's has worn me out ... I do look like @RangerRickL 's Snoopy right now ...7

            Back on the grid after returning home from vacation in New Orleans, Louisiana. It's one of my favorite US cities, every time I go we discover new areas, historical sites, museums....and an abundance of things to eat! Knew it was a long pass week, no way to track it all. But we did a ton of walking, and some swimming.
 In the past, vacation meant a hall pass to eat everything and anything, even on flights and those days at home before / after. Nowadays, I still indulge in the foods I'm specifically there to try, but am much pickier about the rest. Pastries at a free Continental breakfast just aren't worth it, I'd rather have coffee and a banana, something simple just to tide me over.
 Good to be home and back to normal! Shopping and food prep today to plan out a successful normal week.11

 @Chinkiri I'm glad you got some respite and relaxation today!! The caregiver's health is often jeopardized by the partner's 24/7 needs.

 @rstanford3 No need to cry...3 pass days are okay to use during the month. When we go beyond 3 pass days, we don't qualify for the monthly Winner's Circle. Nonetheless, many team members stay focused on their healthy habits and keep logging in. That is the way to win the real lifetime race!!!
 P.S. I have been doing this program for almost 4 years. I don't make it into the Winner's Circle every month.
