    It seems I go over my calories without fail every time I don't get the exercise in. Guess I know something I can/should fix here!

    @Bill70sStrong I hope you get some relief for your tight calves! You always get back in the fast lane!

    @Chinkiri I'm glad you got some respite and relaxation today!! The caregiver's health is often jeopardized by the partner's 24/7 needs.

    @molly3210 Welcome back!!!

    @rstanford3 No need to cry...3 pass days are okay to use during the month. When we go beyond 3 pass days, we don't qualify for the monthly Winner's Circle. Nonetheless, many team members stay focused on their healthy habits and keep logging in. That is the way to win the real lifetime race!!!
    P.S. I have been doing this program for almost 4 years. I don't make it into the Winner's Circle every month.

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Had to work all day at a board meeting -- ran around enough doing preparations and running errands to constitute at least 20 minutes of exercise. Ending the day with 13K+ steps.

    Today was under but definitely not the healthiest model. All my cals came from brunch and then I took a giant nap and missed dinner. Oops. But I walked 90 min round trip which was nice.
