 Today is weigh in day! I am down another pound...woohoo New total since back is 16lbs, overall journey 31lbs. 
 August summary 2.6lbs loss

 Been a slower month, I am okay with that though as I have used all my pass days this month and each one was due to calorie intake. Smiles & Hugs to everyone

            Hey there 3 x yes for me today, I've split my calorie allowance into 4 and eating 4 times a day - seems to feel more manageable psychologically just to concentrate on a few hundred at a time and getting the best meal I can for that number. set my limit to lose 1/2 lb a week. hope everyones doing okay x5

            I saw my Rheumatologist today for the first time since January. I had been on this new WOE for about two months at that time. She was thrilled with my progress in losing weight, which really helped me because I see my loss as super slow. She said I looked healthy and happy and she loves that I am taking my health into my own hands and exercising and eating properly. I felt so much better about myself when I was leaving. So glad I didn't give up when things got rough. In it to win it!!

 1-not sure of calories
 I’m really bummed out. My exercise had been going so well, but something through off my ankle. And shins. Now a twinge in lower back. (First time for shins & back for over a year or two.) seems like a GIANT step backwards after all this PT & exercise.
 I keep reminding myself it will get better & Ill still have more of the strength gains than I think.
 Food is good. Scale is creeping downwards. Very relieved to see that.4
