especially well done those in winners circle - the UAC targets look simple but I've found them anything but - so best wishes aswell to everyone else still logging in! I'm going well on 8 days in a row having tracked exercised and under limit. can't remember what my longest streak has been but it's never been a whole month - and i have been in UAC since April - maybe October will be the one. best wishes all - from nearly bedtime in rainy England x6

ECT for me. I've been trying to do the MFP Total-Body Warmup for Busy People with the cute little tattoo girl that looks like a humming bird after drinking espresso. They say to spend five minutes but for me it could take 20. Then I went on walk before it got too hot.1 -
