    Pass day #3 for me - I ate the leftovers from last nights party, didn't track them at all.

    Congrats to everyone in the Winner's Circle for September, and everyone who is still here on the final days posting!

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Spent about 5 hours walking today to, through and from a major street festival. Ending the day with 17K+ steps.

    ECT for me. I've been trying to do the MFP Total-Body Warmup for Busy People with the cute little tattoo girl that looks like a humming bird after drinking espresso. They say to spend five minutes but for me it could take 20. Then I went on walk before it got too hot.
