Drills with my tennis team and Coach D - 90 minutes. It’s still hot in Atlanta! It finally looks like we’re getting out of the 90s by the weekend!

59 mins for 3.03 miles and 60 mins w/our trainer. I'll sleep pretty good tonight. This morning was cold, but this afternoon was pretty warm.

Karen, I hope you start feeling better and you get mojo back. Three times this week is awesome, though.
Shelley, getting out of bed at 4:00 a.m. is killer. No walking is a REST DAY!!!!!!! Working out w/our trainer isn't as hard as 4:00 a.m. is. Every weekday we walk, I roll outta bed thinking of excuses why we should sleep in. PLUS... I jammed my left little toe Tuesday morning. It is black and blue and is crazy sore. Putting it in walking shoes is murder. 2019 has not been my year...
3.06 miles in 61 mins Tuesday, 3.03 miles in 59 mins Wednesday plus worked out 60 mins w/our trainer, 3.05 miles in 60 mins this morning. Going to walk w/DDD this evening.

This morning 2.7 miles - 60 minutes. Then evening tennis practice - 90 minutes. Friday will be a rest day.and possibly Saturday as well as I have a match on Sunday.

3.47 miles done w/DH and Bean this morning in 101 mins. We took Bean to the dog park and all he wanted to do was smell the grass and fence. We wanted him to play w/the other pups or do some of the agility stuff, but....nopey, nope! Crazy guy!

My Fitbit ONE died! Just died...no warning. Dead. I'm so sad. Ordered a different Fitbit tracker that I can still clip to my bra. ***sigh*** the funeral will be in a day or so.

You and I may be the only people who still use the Fitbit one. I clip to.my pants. I dont I like to wear things on my wrist because I type all day long. I find it really distracting. Hope they never stopped making this one!

Walked in the morning 50 minutes at a slow 2.6 miles....my knee was hurting from tennis. Then went to coaching drills in the evening for 90 minutes. Over 13,000 steps between the 2 workouts. Pool day tomorrow which is probably a good thing. Give the knees a rest.

40 minute elliptical workout thus morning.
2nd workout! Belle had a day off of school....we went to the Y during lunch...did 40 more minutes of cardio

Karen they no longer sell the Fitbit One on the Fitbit site. You can get them on ebay for just under $200 or Amazon for just under $300!!! I got an Inspire for under $70. It is a watch but comes apart so it fits into a case like the One does. I can clip it to my bra. We'll see how it measures up. If it doesn't, I'll spend the extra bucks for another One.

3.41 miles in 90 mins w/Bean this morning. I'll see if we are any faster tomorrow morning when we are without the pup. If my hip cooperates. My toe hurt this morning but not as bad as it had been. Maybe it's getting better, or maybe it's because yesterday was a Rest Day and I didn't wear any shoes just flip flops.

Just arrived in Budapest for work this week. Traveling always messes with my weight, but really focused on trying to keep it real!
