Surgery is done. Everything went well without complications... I was on clear fluids for a day and they graduated me up to full fluids right away. Only spent one night in Hospital and was discharged the following evening.
The headache and abdominal pain was barely controllable, but is slowly going away.
Things seem to be on track. Thanks to you all for your support

I'm worried about the abdominal pain honestly. They only prescribed me Tramadol to control it. My Surgery is this coming up Monday0

The tramadol was okay... I found I needed something else and regular Tylenol wasn’t cutting it, so I got some T1’s with codeine from the pharmacist.. they are over the counter and no prescription is needed... they worked just fine0

I can't comment much as I had serious post-op complications and was in hospital for 6 weeks but I'm pleased your surgery went well. Good luck for the future!0

I have just these couple of comments.... Follow your doc's recommendations, I was successful because I did just that. Do you have a support group to participate with? They are also a good source for follow up information. Often others share your same concerns and it does help to have support like this.0

Hey people glad to know you guys are doing well. Post surgery 12/20/17. Goals? Many. Almost two years post op. Stop trying to wrap my head around this pocket where I put my food. It's all gonna work out right. I'm also doing Intermittent fasting which is on point. Hear from you guys soon.0
