I did Keto 7 years ago with great results I was down to 112lb. I’m so disappointed at where I am now. I find it hard to get back into it. My biggest problem is I need to be held accountable so I’m hoping to have success with all of you. I need someone to keep me on track.0 -

New to this group but not to Keto as it is the only way I’ve lost weight in over 6 years. I started in January this year and want to lose over 100 in a year.

Really hitting a plateau and just hovering around 150-151 lbs for several weeks. I still have 15 pounds to go, but the scale isn’t budging. I’ve been doing a little reading on carb cycling and may try incorporating some of those ideas in the next couple of weeks.3 -

Hi everyone!
So I’ve not posted an actual comment on here in a long time. I’m back after my longest-ever break from Keto (5 weeks) and I’m doing a complete reboot; this means looking at myself and my goals differently. I’ve been counting down from a weight (210+) that I’ve not seen in over 16 months. It made me feel good to see that I’ve not returned to that weight since I left it back in May of 2018; but I realize that I’ve been unintentionally using my past success as an excuse to not try harder or do more to reach my goals.
I’ve changed so much for the better (physiologically & physically) over this past year and now it’s time to get real. I need to realize where where I’m actually at and how long I’ve allowed myself to coast in past success. I’ve been plateaued between 185.2-188 for 9 months. It’s time to reset the goal clock, start where I am now and make some changes.
Goals:
GET OUT OF THE 80's by the end of 2019!
