When I hike at dusk, there are flocks of quail running around in the desert.

Not surprisingly, my favorite is a horse.

Urgh, such a hard choice. ALL of the animals are my favorites, but I do desperately want an otter in my collection at work. (Far too much trouble at home and I don't think they are good as pets, but a rescue that can't be released would make an amazing display!)4

Pre-logged my dinner, so I should be 300 calories under.

Currently trying to convince my husband to agree risking the integrity of our spines to dangle in that precarious hammock, just for that view. He's still resisting, claiming reasonable doubt, sanity, etc.
Back to the topic of animals, my granddad had a horse called Stela which was our bestest friend in the whole wide world growing up - so I agree they are beautiful, elegant creatures. I saw a huuuge herd of wild horses in the Danube Delta a couple of years ago and it's a sight I'll never forget.7 -
This forum seems to have lots of horse lovers 😍 ...takes me back to my childhood - have lots of fond memories riding through the hills 🐎😊 ... I would still ride if I could but it's too expensive 😢 ... 70$ for one hour: Ouch!

Love all animals. My great pyr mix dog is always my favorite. I am also fond of my song birds that visit my feeders right outside my office window. I have quite an assortment of birds including a number of bluebirds that visit me every day.5 -
