Hi! I'm 66, 5'7" and weight 128. I'd like to be 123 but I'm thin. But I have 30% body fat, which is NOT good. I was very active until last Dec, when I got a job that left me no time to work out. Now I'm taking work out classes 2x a week and my next motivational goal is to go to that damn gym and do the rowing machine or stairmaster or spin bike for 45 minutes or at least 30 minute 3x week. Getting there! Good luck to everyone!
